EndyMed Microneedling 3DEEP is a trio of noninvasive radiofrequency (RF) treatments that heat the lower layers of the skin.
The unit uses three handheld devices, each having different purposes:

What is the Intensif Fractional RF Micro-Needle
The Intensif is a revolutionary EndyMed Microneedling device that produces results that will astound you!
The procedure will begin with the application of lidocaine cream to keep you comfortable during the procedure. As the device glides across your face, tiny needles gently prick the area down to the sub-dermal area, causing micro injuries that stimulate a healing response. The device then emits heat, to trigger collagen production.
Dr. Sherman is certified in Microneedling and will determine which needle depth will work best for your skin type and area; fragile, thin skin requires a shorter needle depth while denser, more thicker skin will be treated with deeper needle delivery. Don't worry, your face will be numb so the procedure is comfortable.

Downtime is typically minimal and usually results in a few days of redness such as would be expected from a sun burn. Once it resolves you will see a significant improvement over the next several days while the area heals.
Treatments usually are done monthly for three months for optimal results.

Tightening and Contouring with EndyMed 3DEEP
Body Contouring
This contouring device works for face or body. It is designed to lift sagging skin, smooth wrinkles, tone cellulite, and shape areas like the chin, neck, legs, and underarms, particularly after weight loss.
It is also FDA-cleared for hard-to-treat and sensitive areas around the eyes and mouth.
Somewhat like a warming facial or body treatment, the heat (roughly 125°F) invigorates collagen production and improves elasticity.
There is no reported downtime for this device, however it takes multiple visits (typically 5 sessions) to get optimal results.
Fractional Skin Resurfacing
The EndyMed 3DEEP FSR uses 112 tiny electrodes to heat multiple layers of skin, prompting it to heal on its own.
Fractional Skin Resurfacing addresses the texture and quality of the skin, treating fine lines, roughness, uneven skin tone, dryness, hyperpigmentation, sun damage, wrinkles, and scarring.
It is perfect for anyone who wants the effects of a [deep] chemical peel, with less downtime and a lower risk profile.
While the FSR is not as intense as microneedling, you can expect redness and swelling over the first few days.
After the redness fades, you’ll begin to see the laser’s “grid” marks (tiny dots). The skin will feel tight and itchy, and you will begin to scab, which will resolve within a week.
